Shipping policy

We will do our absolute best to have your item in the mail as soon as possible.  Our Dogfam team ships all Dogfam & Friends handmade products from the Tampa Bay area between M-F, with the exception of major holidays.  Orders will ship within 5 business days or less.  If you are needing your item for a special occasion, please contact us at lovemydogfam@gmail.com so that we can prioritize your order for you and your dog.  Priority or express shipping will ship within 1-2 business days. 

Some items, especially custom-made items, are shipped from an outside warehouse.  Due to this, some orders may be placed in multiple shipments. 

Note: At this time shipping carriers are experiencing widespread delays due to unprecedented shipping volumes. Please be patient as you may experience delays related to this.
